Dr. Indra Warren

MD, FRCPC

 

Dr. Warren is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.  She earned her medical degree at the University of Toronto and later completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Western Ontario  and cardiology residency at her alma mater.  She subsequently pursued a fellowship in multimodal cardiac imaging at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. She is board certified by the National Board of Echocardiogrphahy (NBE), the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology (CBNC), and the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT).  She is currently the Head of Cardiology at Joseph Brant Hospital. Dr. Warren sees patients for all aspects of general cardiology but has additional expertise in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and cardiac CT.

Dr. Paul Hong

MBChB, FRCPC, MRCP(UK), CCDS

 

Dr. Hong is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) in internal medicine and a Member of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom in cardiology.  He earned his medical degree from the University of Leeds and later completed his cardiology training at the All Wales Deanery.  He then completed an electrophysiology fellowship at McMaster University and is a cross appointed cardiologist and electrophysiologist at Joseph Brant Hospital and Hamilton Health Sciences.  He is a Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS), recognized by the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE). Dr. Hong consults for all aspects of general cardiology but has special interest in arrhythmia management.

Dr. Waseem Hindieh

MD, FRCPC

 

Dr. Hindieh is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.  He is also a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease.  He received his medical degree from McGill University where he also completed his Internal Medicine residency and Cardiology fellowship training.  He later completed a two-year clinical and research fellowship in Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy at Toronto General Hospital as well as a one-year fellowship in Level III Echocardiography at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. He is board certified by the National Board of Echocardiography (NBE). He is currently a staff cardiologist at Joseph Brant Hospital affiliated to McMaster University.  Dr. Hindieh's interests include general cardiology, valvular heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and cardiac imaging.

 

Dr. Philippe R. Beaudry

MD, FRCPC, FACC, FASE

 

Dr. Beaudry is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.  He is also a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease.  He received his medical degree from the Université de Sherbrooke and he also completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Alberta in Edmonton and his Cardiology fellowship training at McGill University, Montreal. He is board certified by the National Board of Echocardiography (NBE) and the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology (CBNC). He is currently a staff cardiologist at Joseph Brant Hospital affiliated to McMaster University.  Dr. Beaudry's interests include general clinical cardiology, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, cardiac oncology and cardiac imaging, including transthoracic echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography, stress echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. He is fluent in English and French. He has worked in Quebec and New York and has been working in Burlington since 2006.

Dr. Mina Girgis

MD, FRCPC

 

Dr. Girgis is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.  He received his medical degree from the University of Calgary and subsequently completed his Internal Medicine residency and Cardiology Training at McGill University.  He later completed a two-year clinical and research fellowship in Level III Echocardiography at the University Health Network in Toronto. He is board certified by the National Board of Echocardiography (NBE). He has been published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, the European Heart Journal, the New England Journal of Medicine, and the Canadian Cardiovascular Society's CJC Open. He is currently a staff cardiologist at Joseph Brant Hospital. Dr. Girgis sees patients for all aspects of general cardiology but has additional expertise in echocardiography.
